Add-on modules
Four modules, on top of any plan
Some capabilities are sold separately rather than bundled into a tier, because only a minority of labs need them. A module attaches to Starter, Pro or Enterprise alike — you do not have to change plan to get one. The exception is Reporting, which brands a PDF that only Pro and Enterprise can generate.
Modules are billed annually and enabled per user. Ask us for a quote.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Cancelling returns your account to the Starter plan — there is no free tier, and nothing is deleted automatically. You can export your gene tables as CSV or TSV, and your figures, at any time and on any plan, so your results are never locked in.
Yes — academic institutions and non-profit research organisations can receive a discount. Contact us with your institutional email for verification.

Yes — on-premise and private-cloud deployment is part of the Enterprise plan, scoped and quoted case by case. Tell us about your infrastructure and compliance requirements and we will come back with a proposal.
AI interpretation is included on Pro and Enterprise, with no monthly cap: each comparison can be interpreted once, and the interpretation is stored alongside it. It is not available on the Starter plan.
One analysis is counted when you upload a differential-expression dataset that is accepted, or when a self-service analysis finishes and produces results — in both cases regardless of how many contrasts the file contains. Viewing results you have already produced costs nothing. You are warned at 80 % of your monthly quota, and new analyses are blocked once it is reached, until the counter resets at the start of the next month.
Modules are priced separately from the subscription and attach to any plan — Starter, Pro or Enterprise alike. They are enabled per user account and billed annually, with pricing on request. There are four: Scientific tools (ranked GSEA, signature scoring and custom gene sets), Skin claims, Reporting, and Drug discovery.
